These terms, and the other ones

This page covers using the website. The contract for your stay is the rental agreement you read and sign during checkout — that document governs the booking itself, and a copy is emailed to you and kept in your account.

Booking

Choosing dates holds them for fifteen minutes. Your card is authorized when you submit payment and charged only once we have re-checked that the dates are still available. If they are not, the authorization is released and you are not charged.

Prices

Prices shown include every fee and tax we charge. The total you see before paying is the total you pay. If a price is displayed in error we will contact you before taking payment, and you may cancel without charge.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy shown on the property page and repeated in your rental agreement is the one that applies. Refunds are calculated automatically from it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, scrape it at volume, or use it to make bookings you do not intend to honour.
