What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm your booking and reach you about your stay.
- Your stay dates, party size and any pets, because that is the booking.
- A record of the rental agreement you signed: the exact text, the name you typed, the time, your IP address and your browser. This is kept as proof of the agreement.
- Payment details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only Stripe's reference to the payment, the amount, and its status.
- If you verify your identity to receive check-in details, Stripe performs that check. We store only whether it passed and when.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments and identity checks. Resend delivers our email. Supabase hosts the database and Vercel hosts the site. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. The availability feed we publish to Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com contains only which dates are taken — no names, no prices, no contact details.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records, including signed agreements, are kept for seven years, because tax and dispute-resolution rules require it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Email host@example.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. We will delete whatever we are not legally required to keep. Marketing email always carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects the emails about a stay you have booked.
Cookies
We set a cookie to keep you signed in, and Stripe sets its own to detect fraud during payment. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
