Accessibility

We build this site to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA. That is a commitment rather than a claim of perfection — if something here does not work for you, we want to hear about it and we will fix it.

What that means in practice

• Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control.
• Every photograph has descriptive alternative text written by a person.
• Text meets AA contrast ratios against its background, in both the light and dark sections of the site.
• The availability chart on each property page is also published as text, so it never depends on reading shapes or colour.
• Headings are properly nested, so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
• Animation is suppressed for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
• Forms have real labels, and errors say what went wrong and how to fix it.

Booking another way

If any part of booking online is difficult for you, email the owner at host@example.com and we will take your booking personally, at the same price. You will never be charged more for booking that way.

Telling us about a problem

Email host@example.com with the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days, and to fix confirmed issues within thirty.
